OnlyFans Model Courtney Clenney Charged With Second-Degree Murder

OnlyFans model is charged with seconddegree murder in the stabbing death

The OnlyFans model is charged with second-level murder in the stabbing death of her boyfriend in Miami, Florida. She will most likely be extradited from Florida to face trial. Courtney Clenney, who was charged with the stabbing death of her boyfriend Christian "Toby" Obumseli, was the woman's boyfriend for five years. They lived together in building management.

Clenney allegedly armed herself with a knife

The prosecutor said the evidence against Clenney is clear: she used a kitchen knife, a six-inch blade, to stab Obumseli to death. The knife penetrated three inches into the man's chest, piercing the subclavian artery. Clenney's attorneys said they could not verify the severity of the stab wound because she argued that the knife was not pointed.

The prosecution says Clenney stabbed Obumseli as a last resort. She says the stabbing was self-defense after she felt that the man was choking her. The two had a history of domestic violence and abuse. Clenney's Miami defense lawyer said he is confident that his client is capable of clearing her name in court.

According to the prosecution, the attack took place between four and five p.m. on April 3. The two men had separated and fought for three months. The stab wound was over three inches deep and was caused by an extremely forceful downward thrust. According to the Miami police report, the two men had argued over a long phone call the day before the incident. On April 3 of that day, Clenney called her mother twice and rang 911. She also apologized for the stab wound.

Clenney has 2 million Instagram followers and a following of nearly two million people. The police investigation into the stabbing death of Obumseli took four months. During this time, Clenney gave inconsistent statements to police. She claimed that she had thrown the knife at Obumseli from a distance, but the victim suffered a deep knife wound, which was consistent with a forceful downward thrust. Besides this, Clenney did not appear to have any other injuries.

Clenney admitted killing Obumseli but acted in self-defense

In the aftermath of the stabbing death, the family of the victim said they are unable to believe what they're hearing. However, prosecutors are pointing to an earlier conversation Clenney had with her mother. The woman said that Clenney admitted killing Obumseli but acted in self-defense after hearing her son repeatedly say, "You're going to die!" The attorney for Obumseli's family, Larry Handfield, did not respond to requests for comment.

The defense attorney for Clenney told the court that Clenney did not expect to be arrested and that he was in Hawaii for substance abuse rehab. Clenney's attorney said the defendant acted in self-defense and was not planning on killing the other man, who is a family friend. Clenney's lawyer said that Clenney went to rehab in Hawaii after the alleged stabbing and was treated for PTSD and substance abuse.

The murder of the husband-and-wife duo was the second most violent incident between the two. The two had a history of domestic violence. Despite the murder of a family member, both families are demanding justice. Clenney's lawyer says she was intoxicated at the time of the stabbing. Clenney also admits to stabbing Obumseli but says she acted in self-defense.

Clenney gave inconsistent statements to police

The Miami defense attorney for Jessica Clenney argued that her client acted in self-defense. However, prosecutors said Clenney was the aggressor. She told investigators that she threw a knife at her boyfriend as he let her go. However, the wound on Obumseli's chest was three inches deep and had a downward angle. Investigators did not find evidence to support her claim that she had thrown the knife.

While the two were not together when the incident took place, Clenney has over two million followers on Instagram. While her Instagram account reflects her lifestyle, she gave inconsistent statements to police. While she denied being the aggressor, her mother did say she heard Clenney and Obumseli discussing the fight. She also denied that she had ever mentioned the incident to her daughter. The court found both claims inconsistent, but she was arrested for battery.

Investigators also noted that Clenney's cell phone had a text message from her "mom" mentioning the incident as self-defense. In addition, the text message also advised Clenney not to speak to the investigators without consulting her attorney. Even though Clenney was initially released after recording her statement, her attorney argued that the case against her was strong. This resulted in Clenney being extradited to Florida.
